DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

Honeycomb or chipboard core reinforced with rails and stiles (at extra charge). Models 1.4, 1.7 – solid chipboard core, 4.B – hollow chipboard core. The construction is skinned with HDF. 4.A and 4.B models come with 8 mm thick, laminated safety glass, which is an element of the construction. Chipboard core has a preparation for shortening as a standard. Size ‘110’ is available only with chipboard. Glazing size is the same as for size, ‘100’. Reinforcement for a door closer and sizes ‘100’ and ‘110’ requires a third hinge.

FINISH

There is lipping ABS on the side edges. Models with decorative inlays – black or silver, 6 mm wide. Glazing – models of group 1 and 7 ‘chinchilla’ glass; frosted tempered glass; transparent glass. Models of group 4 – 8 mm thick frosted, lamienated safety glass. Black glazing is available for model 4.A (optionally at extra charge). The door leaf is skinned with a Gladstone/Halifax board (with structure), a door frame is finished with matching CPL Veneer 0,2 mm.
