DOOR LEAF CONSTRUCTION

Core – stabilising infill reinforced with rails and stiles. Hollow chipboard core available at an extra charge. Preparation for shortening – maximum 60 mm. Height ‘220’: core – hollow chipboard; 3 hinges as a standard. The 3rd hinge is required for the ‘reinforcement for door closer’ option.

FINISH

The construction is skinned with a slim particle board which is finished with high quality Natural Veneer. The door leaf surface is protected by ecological water-based varnishes.

ACCESSORIES

• Rebated doors: three standard barrel hinges, or PRIME hinges
• Non-rebated or reverse rebated doors: two 3D hinges
• Lock: key lock, WC lock, or cylinder lock

• Magnetic lock is not available for a double door
• Passive door leaf (panel) available in sizes: ’30’, ’40’, ’50’ – without a decorative milling
• Passive leaf sizes: from ’60’ to ‘100’ Models J, K, L are not available as passive door leaves
• There are two door leaves for non-rebated double leaf set: active and passive in sizes: 60-100
• Model E comes with horizontal wood graining, other models with vertical
• PRIME hinges or 3D hinges – packed with the door frame
• Model W is not available in size “60”
